Your satisfaction and good health is our responsibility. If for any reason, you are unhappy with ANY of our products, simply return the unopened product during the first 30 days. We will REFUND your purchase (less restocking fee of 20%, shipping not included).

Should you remain unsatisfied, you may return both the unopened and the opened product during the first 30 days. We will REFUND 100% of your purchase on all unopened product and refund the purchase (prorated) of the open unused product (refund request must be accompanied by a satisfaction statement, Shipping not included).

Claims: Claims arising from damaged goods, shortages, or incorrect shipments must be reported to Longevity Plus within 72 hours of receipt of package. Retain carton and damaged product for delivery service inspection, at which time, if warranted, we will arrange for return of product to Longevity Plus.
We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
